Sundays wouldn't be the same without having a Sunday Roast with your friends and family. This traditional Sunday meal dates back to the 1700s. During the industrial revolution, families would place a cut of meat into the oven as they got ready for church.

At the Horse & Groom, we use the finest local beef and pork in our roasts. Our Cotswold roast beef uses the Striploin cut for texture and deep mature taste. The beef is cooked overnight to produce a tender slice and served rare.
