Outdoor Summer Party

Join us on Wednesday 28th Feb for another round of great food and wine with Stan Park from Milton Sandford Wines. The evening will start from 6:30pm with first dishes served at 7pm. We are strictly limited this event to 25 guests, so Stan can have some quality time will each of you.


The 8 course menu matched with 8 carefully selected wines are:


  • Sesame Prawn Toast, on Marks Sourdough with sweet chilli dip: Oliver Coste Rose
  • Scottish Salmon Gravadlax cured with Cotswold Gin, Beetroot & dill with Horseradish Mayo: Jurancon Sec, Souvenirs, Domaine Bordeneve, French Pyrenees
  • Scallop with Pea Puree & Parsnip crisps: Albarino Esencia Divina, Galicia, Spain


  • Lobster Thermidor Taster: Village Pinot Gris, Kumeu River, Auckland, NZ
  • Pan roasted Seabass with Cauliflower Puree: Rueda, Bodegas Valtravieso, Spain
  • Seared Tuna with Thai Vermicelli salad: Fleurie Clos de la Tour, Domaine Coperet, Cru Beaujolais


  • Cheeseboard: El Predilecto, Bodegas Gomez Cruzado, Rioja
