Join us for our Bi-annual Pan Asian food evenings this September, celebrating Mid-Autumn Moon Festival. We are serving a true taste of SE Asia cuisine, including Hong Kong Dim Sum, Korean Bulgogi Steak, Singaporean Laksa and Thai Hot & Sour soup. The evening will feature 11 dishes for you to try, each having a distinctive taste and flavour.

 

As this is a set tasting menu, we are unable to change any items to suit dietary requirements. 

We cannot issue refunds if you cancel after 15th September.

 

  1. Peking Duck: Sliced Duck Breast is cooked medium and served in floured pancakes, spring onions, cucumber and peking sauce.
  2. Sui Mai: Traditional Pork and Prawn steamed dim sum served with soy sauce.
  3. Char Sui Bao: Honey Roasted Pork in fluffy steamed buns.
  4. Scallop in Black Bean Sauce: Pan seared Scallop on a rich garlic black bean sauce.
  5. Lotus leaf wrapped glutenous rice: Also known as Lo Mai Gai, these individually wrapped rice in sauce are a staple on any Dim Sum menu.
  6. Cantonese Lobster: Every wedding banquet in Hong Kong has this dish. Shell on Lobster stir fried with Ginger, Spring onion & Oyster sauce.
  7. Prawn & Shitake Mushroom Wonton: Hand made wontons packed with Prawns, served with a Thai Hot & Sour soup.
  8. Ginger & Spring Onion Guineafowl: Cotswolds meets China. Classic Ginger and Spring Onion sauce is served over gently poached Guineafowl legs and Cucumber.
  9. Seafood Laksa: Singaporean street food. Wheat noodles in a mild Laksa Curry Broth, with Tofu puffs and prawns.
  10. Bulgogi Beef: Seared strips of Cotswolds Ribeye steak, with Jasmin Rice, Kim Chi and Bulgogi sauce.
  11. Ginger cake with Coconut Ice Cream: Asian inspired cake with classic Thai coconut & lemongrass flavours.
